How do I get more credits?

You can purchase additional credits directly from your payments page on hiair.ai, or earn them via special promotions and events. See Credits for more.

How can I delete my account?

Navigate to your user settings and select Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed. See Deleting your account for more.

What's the difference between Copilot and Autopilot?

Copilot has you approve every match and every application before it’s sent. Autopilot runs on its own toward a target number of applications, with pause/stop available any time. See The apply agent for the full breakdown.

Does Hiair rewrite my resume for every job?

Yes — every application goes out with a resume tailored to that specific job description, not a single generic resume. See Resume tailoring.

Do I need the CLI?

Yes — applications are filled and submitted in your own Chrome via hiair-cli, not a cloud browser. You need it paired to a computer before any application can go out. See CLI Overview.

How do I pair a computer?
